CROSSROADS Blues and Beyond

CROSSROADS Blues and Beyond celebrates the rich evolution of the blues, from its origins in the Deep South of the United States. De Nieuwe Kolk transforms into a vibrant crossroads of diverse styles, including piano blues, zydeco, rhythm-and-blues, roots noir, rock-'n-roll and folk. It's a multi-stage music festival, complemented by various food and drink venues and a range of activities. The first confirmed artists are Erwin Java's Travel Party + horns ft. Erwin Nyhoff, Jeffrey Halford & The Healers, Roel Spanjers and The Black River Roots ft. Lefthand Freddy. This festival is a multi-year collaboration between stichting Talkin' Blues and De Nieuwe Kolk.
