Terrivo LocalSite is a paid website product for local businesses. You can generate a free preview of your future website anonymously: no account, no email address and no password are required for the preview, and an unused preview is removed after its retention period. When you decide to buy, we ask for your email address, you accept the terms shown at that moment, and the order summary in checkout states the exact amounts: a one-time launch payment of €149 that already includes the first month of the LocalSite service, and then a subscription of €15 per month whose first payment is taken exactly one month after your purchase and activation, with optional extra website languages and the optional Local Events module as recurring add-ons. The included first month is part of the €149 launch price, not a free trial. The monthly service covers hosting, the storage your site needs, technical operation, the SSL certificate, maintenance of your published site and the included Terrivo web address; a separately purchased custom domain or a professional mailbox is not included and remains only available with the appropriate own-domain package. Prices always come from the order/checkout you confirm. After confirmed payment your site is published and you are invited to activate your account. You provide and remain responsible for your own texts, photos, logo, opening hours, event photos and flyers. Changes you make are drafts until you publish them; Terrivo support/admin may assist with your site and every change is recorded in the site history. Your published site is hosted on a Terrivo address and keeps a discreet Terrivo credit in the footer. Cancellation follows the subscription terms you accepted at purchase: the site stays online for the period already paid and is then taken offline and removed after the retention period.
A LocalSite owner can add their own events, including from a scanned flyer. Such an event can be shown only on their own LocalSite, or additionally be submitted to Terrivo’s public event calendar. A submission to the public calendar follows the normal Terrivo event rules — verification, moderation and de-duplication — so publication in the public calendar is never guaranteed. Automatic nearby events are only shown when the paid Local Events option is active.

Terrivo is a free map-first directory of authentic local spots, focused on Vienne & Charente (France) and expanding region by region. End users will never be charged. Business owners can purchase 6-month Business Visibility packages or, for accommodations, Local Guide packages of 6 or 12 months. For public, non-commercial places anyone can make a one-time Spotlight contribution to Terrivo to help us keep info fresh and the app ad-free.
You retain ownership of the spots, photos, reviews and edits you submit. By submitting, you grant Terrivo a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display them in the app. Don't submit content you don't have the right to share.
We may remove or edit content that is incorrect, offensive, spam, or violates these terms. Repeat violations may lead to account suspension.
The visibility packages (Business Visibility, Local Guide, Spotlight) are one-time payments processed by Stripe. There is no recurring subscription and no automatic renewal for those — the package simply expires at the end of its period. LocalSite works differently: you pay €149 once, the first month of the LocalSite service is included in that amount, and the recurring subscription of €15 per month starts with a first payment exactly one month after your purchase and activation, then monthly. Your payment method is stored securely at Stripe for that recurring billing. For Local Guide you choose the activation date yourself; the end date is calculated from that activation date, not from the payment date.
Business customers acting in a professional capacity do not benefit from the consumer right of withdrawal. Where a consumer right of withdrawal applies, you have 14 days from the conclusion of the contract. If the service has not yet started (the activation date is still in the future), you can withdraw within that period and receive a full refund. If you asked us to start the service before the end of the withdrawal period, you can still withdraw, and we may charge a proportionate amount for the part already delivered. The visibility packages need no cancellation: every package expires automatically at the end of its chosen period (6 or 12 months). A LocalSite subscription is monthly and you cancel it from your billing settings or by emailing us; your site stays online for the month already paid and is then taken offline and removed after the retention period. A custom domain or other separately purchased service is not part of the LocalSite subscription. To delete your account or claimed spot, email info@outlandweb.com.
Spots are sourced from OpenStreetMap and the community. We do our best to keep data accurate but cannot guarantee opening hours, addresses or pricing — always verify before you visit.
Place data may be sourced from OpenStreetMap (ODbL, © OpenStreetMap contributors — https://www.openstreetmap.org/copyright), DATAtourisme (Licence Ouverte 2.0), Wikimedia Commons (Creative Commons licences) and direct owner/community submissions. Each external source retains its own licence and we display attribution where required.
You may only upload photos, flyers, reviews or content that you took yourself or have permission to share. By submitting content, you grant Terrivo permission to display, process and share it in connection with the relevant place or event. We may moderate, edit, reject or remove submitted content. Terrivo does not guarantee publication of submitted spots/photos/events.
Owners and rights holders may request corrections, hide or removal of any listing or photo via info@outlandweb.com — see /legal/photo-credits for details.
Terrivo is provided "as-is". We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes are submitted to the competent French courts. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain applicable.
