Springplank

Springplank is a free three-day community showcase festival, organized by Astrant, taking place from 25 to 27 September at Wielervereniging Ede. The event brings together music, sports, art and creativity, with a focus on participation and connection. Visitors can take part in various activities such as skating on a pop-up skatepark, trying BMX airbag, admiring live graffiti and street art, listening to live music and DJs, and discovering local communities. Springplank is designed to offer a platform for young talent and creative makers from Ede and surrounding areas, and encourages visitors to actively participate rather than just watch. The festival aims to create an accessible and inclusive atmosphere, thanks in part to collaborations with local partners.
