WereldWijde Wijk Serumplein

WereldWijde Wijk Serumplein is an open-air event organized by Rotterdams Volkstheater and GROUNDS, focusing on cultural activities and initiatives from the neighborhood. This edition, in collaboration with Mathenesse aan de Maas, presents a stage program with music, street acts and dance performances by both amateurs and professionals. Visitors can enjoy diverse performances, including Latin American music by Ysa Bermejo, spoken word by Moze Naél, magic acts by Olivier Quist, singer-songwriter T-Lone, Bulgarian folk dance by Sborenka, and jazz/pop/bossanova by Tjilp. There are also street acts by Ruut van Hooft. The event encourages a neighborhood picnic where visitors can bring their own food and drinks. It's an accessible event celebrating the cultural diversity and community spirit of the neighborhood.
