What is Local Guide?

A pre-filled digital guide for your guests, with nearby events and tips plus the practical information of your own stay.

Who is it for?

Campsites, B&Bs, chambres d'hôtes, gîtes, hotels, holiday parks and other stays — and tourist offices where appropriate. Guests never buy it themselves.

What do my guests see?

Today's weather, what to do today, events and activities nearby, restaurants and tips, your own programme and your practical details such as address, contact and Wi-Fi.

Is the guide already filled?

Yes. Terrivo automatically supplies as many relevant nearby events and places as our sources allow, so you never start with an empty guide.

Are all events included automatically?

No, we do not promise full coverage. Very local initiatives are not always listed in public sources.

What if a local event is missing?

Scan the flyer: Terrivo extracts the details, you check and confirm, and the event is added.

Can I add my own programme?

Yes, you manage it yourself: welcome drink, children’s activities, breakfast times, live music or check-in moments. Terrivo does not fill this in for you.

Can I add my own recommendations?

Yes. Your favourite restaurant, bakery, swimming spot, market, walking route or local partner — your tips for your guests.

Can I add Wi-Fi, contact and practical details?

Yes: address and directions, phone, WhatsApp, email, reception hours, Wi-Fi network and password, check-in and check-out, house rules and emergency numbers.

Which languages?

Dutch, French, English and German. Guests pick their own language inside the guide.

How do guests open the guide?

With a link or QR code you share. Nothing needs to be installed — the guide opens in the browser.

How long does Local Guide stay active?

For the period you pick: 6 or 12 months. One payment, no subscription and no automatic renewal.

What does Local Guide cost?

The launch price is €69 for 6 months right now; the normal price is €99 for 6 months. A 12-month period is also available.

Can I see a demo first?

Yes, the complete Local Guide demo is open to view before you decide anything. You can also create a personal preview with your own name, logo, photo and style — no account, e-mail or payment. The example content stays demo data for now.
